 A local Rapper/Comedian, who grew up in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood, called DTW (down the way) by residents, is featured on what is being called the new Cleveland Browns’ anthem. This high energy song, by Lyricist /Comedian/Entertainer "OG Shanksta" featuring artist/writer Sir Roc 216, is produced by Mic Beats. 

“We all came up with the idea of making a Cleveland Browns’ anthem using our “Down the Way” song,” says OG Shanksta. “I changed up the lyrics to the original song. Sir Roc 216 added the Walk Em’ Like A Dawg chant and we formed the Cleveland Browns’ anthem.”

The new song was titled “WALK EM LIKE A DAWG,” because, according to fans, that’s what the Cleveland Browns do to their opponents when they win. Local Fox 8 news caught wind and featured the song on the show with host Wayne Dawson stating - "You just heard Walk Em Like A Dawg by OG Shanksta and that's what we are going to do to the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday"

“This song is meant to pump the Browns’ players up before every game and also pump up the fans, giving them that extra energy and momentum to win the game", says Mic Beats. Sir Roc 216 says “This is our city. The Browns are not only players on the field to us but are also in our hearts. We are die-hard fans. Win or lose, we love the Browns.”

OG Shanksta and Sir Roc 216 have performed the anthem for fans during tailgate parties, at different sports bars, and most recently the Walk Em’ Like A Dawg podcast. Before we knew it people were chanting Walk Em' Like A Dawg everywhere. Browns fans started asking for t shirts, hats, etc... so with this demand we launched our merch store for our new found fans we call "DAWG WALKERS". Since then we are consistently selling out of merchandise. 

“We hope to inspire the Browns to win enough games to at least make the playoffs every year. Hopefully, Walk Em’ Like A Dawg will be played in the locker room before the games and at halftime to keep the team and fans pumped up,”
